President Randy Williamson opened the public forum. There being no one wishing to

4. CONSIDER
4A. Exercising the City's option to award the alternate for enclosed tennis courts to Haydon
Building Corp as part of the Bicentennial Park Phase 3 — Southlake Tennis Center project for
an amount not to exceed $2,321,800
Director of Community Services Chris Tribble presented Item 4A and answered questions from
the Board, specifically about the budget, costs, and variances to the building.

A motion was made to approve exercising the City's option to award the alternate for
enclosed tennis courts to Haydon Building Corp as part of the Bicentennial Park Phase
3 — Southlake Tennis Center project for an amount not to exceed $2,321,800

5A. SALES TAX REPORT
Chief Financial Officer Sharen Jackson provided an overview of the sales tax report,
and no action was required.
