1. CALL TO ORDER
4:21 PM By Cassie Tucker
2. CONSIDER —
A. Minutes from 12/13/2017. Motion to approve the minutes was made by Libby
Lester, Second by Blake Doorman. Approved 7-0 (Aaron Ahmed and Sachi
Kishinchandani absent for vote)
B. Approve amendments to SYAC Bylaws — Motion to approve the bylaws was
made by Sachi Kishinchandani, Second by Anisha Kanukolanu. Approved 9-0
3. TOWN HALL TOUR — Cassie Tucker led the SYAC board on a tour of town hall.
4. CHAMPIONS CLUB OVERVIEW — Cassie Tucker presented an overview of the
new recreation center, Champions Club.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 5:15 PM by Cassie Tucker
