RE: AMENDMENT TO SP -1 ZONING FOR SOUTHLAKE VILLAS
Lot 7, Block 1, WW Hall No. 687 Addition

Ms. Fletcher:
Two of the four buildings at the referenced project are constructed and occupied, and the third building
is anticipated to be under construction soon. The owner has a prospective tenant for one of the two
remaining buildings, Building 'C' that offers tutoring; and this is not a stipulated allowed use in the
approved SP -1 zoning. We are therefore applying for an amendment to the approved zoning, to add
tutoring as an allowed use. Please refer to the enclosed SP -1 Regulations with amendment adding the
proposed additional use.
We have also applied for the next available Southlake Program for the Involvement of Neighborhoods
(SPIN) meeting.
