Development Details:
Across the street from Carroll High School
Currently residential lots – have been planned under the land use plan for small
commercial office buildings
Drive aligns with the drive to Carroll HS
Would have common access easements that would tie into lots on north and south
Three (3) One-story, 9,000 square foot medical office buildings, will have residential
scale to them
Will be brick building with large glass entry and window features
Very shallow, low roof pitch – have taller entry features for signage for the doctors’
offices
Treating as O-1 Zoning with 35% landscape on site
Required to hold site water and release at the same rate the property does now
