Applicant came forward to answer Commission’s questions, and to discuss the presented items. Chairman Forman opened the public hearing. No one came forward to speak. Chairman Forman closed the public hearing. A motion was made to deny Item No. 5, CP17-007, subject to the Staff Report dated November 3, 2017. CONSIDER: ZA17-086, PLAT REVISION FOR LOT 1R, BLOCK 1, SPRING OAKS ADDITION ON PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 1, SPRING OAKS ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS AND LOCATED AT 2757 RIDGECREST DR., SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS. CURRENT ZONING: "AG" AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT. SPIN NEIGHBORHOOD #2. PUBLIC HEARING Principal Planner, Richard Schell, presented Item No. 7. Staff opened for questions. No questions were asked. Applicant came forward to give a brief presentation of the proposed Plat Revision, and to answer Commission’s questions. Chairman Forman opened the public hearing. No one came forward to speak. Chairman Forman closed the public hearing. A motion was made to approve Item No. 7, ZA17 -086, as presented subject to the Staff Report dated November 3, 2017, and further subject to the Plat Review Summary No. 2 dated November 3, 2017.
