1. Call to Order: Video Introduction of SPIN Program by Southlake Mayor Laura Hill
2. SPIN2017-37 - An applicant is proposing an 80,000 square foot hotel and three (3) 5,000
square foot restaurant spaces on approximately six (6) acres located at 1901 W. Kirkwood
Blvd. within SPIN Neighborhood #1.
3. SPIN2017-38 - An applicant is proposing a 9,881 square foot office building on
approximately 1.468 acres located at 175 Stonebridge Ln. within SPIN Neighborhood #11.
4. SPIN2017-39 - An applicant is proposing two (2) 6,000 square foot medical office buildings
on approximately 2.14 acres located at 305 S. Nolen Dr. within SPIN Neighborhood #8.
5. Adjourn
A quorum of the City Council, Community Engagement Committee or the Planning and Zoning
Commission may or may not be present.
