Mayor Hill led the pledges of allegiance to the United States and Texas Flags. Mayor Hill thanked Pastor Van Wormer for her efforts in bringing members of the faith -based community, local philanthropers, and city leaders together to build relationships and respond to the community's needs. 3. DISCUSS RESIDENTIAL UNITS USED AS SHORT TERM RENTALS (STRS) Senior Director of Planning and Development Services Ken Baker presented Work Session Item 3 and answered questions from Council. LEAF RECYCLING PROGRAM KICKOFF City Manager Shana Yelverton introduced Assistant to the City Manager Lauren LaNeave, who provided information on the Leaf Recycling Program. There are five dates confirmed for residents to recycle leaf collection, as follows: November 22, December 6, December 30, January 10, and January 17. 3132. HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS Mayor Hill welcomed Community Relations Manager Jenni Lanier, who presented information on the Home for the Holiday event on November 18th, from 4:30pm to 8:30pm, at Town Hall. 4. CONSENT AGENDA: Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine by the City Council and are enacted with one motion. Mayor Hill read the consent agenda items into the record. 4A.
