Item 7D Variance Request November 5, 2017 Planning and Zoning Committee and City Council, I’d like to respectfully request that a variance be granted for Brock Addition Lot 9S regarding Zoning Ordinance No. 480 “requiring 4 ft sidewalk at the time of construction to be provided along both sides of all public and private streets in all platted or replatted after September 1989.” The reason for the request is because Zoning Ordnance No. 480 would require a modification to Brock Drive that does not align with the current drainage design of Brock Addition (see attached photos).
