Property Situation:
Existing residential property addressed as 105 & 109 Brock Drive.
Development Details:
Zoning change request from low density (SF-1A) to medium density (SF-20A)
residential.
Replat to create two lots (Lots 9R1 and 9R2).
Land Use Plan amendment will also be required.
Two parcels make up Lot 9; total area approximately 1.09 acres.
