REGULAR SESSION:
1. Call to Order.
2. Executive Session: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted
subject matter of this Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed
in executive session.
a. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in executive
session to consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section
551.071, including matters posted on this agenda.
b. Reconvene: Action necessary on items discussed in executive session.
3. Approval of the minutes of the September 14, 2017 Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting.

5. Consider: ZBA-734, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 33.14, requiring a minimum lot size
of one acre for an on-site sewage facility (OSSF) on property described as Tracts 2A3A, 2A3A1,
2A3B, 2A3 and 2A5, William H. Martin Survey, Abstract No. 1068, City of Southlake, Tarrant
County, Texas and located at 208 Randol Mill Ave. and 1719 and 1825 Maranatha Way,
Southlake, Texas. Current Zoning: "SF-1 B" — Single Family Residential District and "AG" —
Agricultural District. The applicant has requested to table this item to the November 30, 2017
meeting.
6. Consider: ZBA-744, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 34.2(a), requiring accessory
buildings on a permanent foundation to be located no closer than 10' to a property line located in
the rear yard on property described as Lot 40, Block 1, Carillon Phase 5B, an addition to the City
of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 1112 Lake Carillon Ln., Southlake, Texas.
Current Zoning: "ECZ" —Employment Center Zoning District. PUBLIC HEARING
7. Consider: ZBA-745, Special Exception Use per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12(1) for a
servants or family quarters on property described as Lot 2, Aubrey Estates, an addition to the
City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 361 S. White Chapel Blvd., Southlake,
Texas. Current Zoning: "SF-1A" —Single Family Residential District. PUBLIC HEARING
