Subdivision Ordinance No. 483, Section 5.06.B requires a 4’
sidewalk to be provided at the time of construction with the
platting or replatting of residential property. The applicant is
requesting a variance to the sidewalk requirement since there
is a borrow ditch along Brock Dr.
