Re: Block 20 Garden District Specific Use Permit ("SUP") Application for Temporary
Construction Facility
Dear Mr. Killough:
Cooper and Company ("C&C") is requesting the City's approval of the SUP Application attached
as Exhibit A for temporary construction trailers in support of our Garden District Brownstones
and Parkview Residences development projects for a two-year period ending on November 7,
2019. The trailers would be located on Lot 1, Block 20 of the Garden District (refer to Exhibit B
for the layout for the temporary construction facilities) and would be shared as follows:
Rendition Luxury Homes ("RLH") has one trailer already on site for their construction of
the Garden District Brownstones. We understand that the permit for that construction
trailer has expired and a new application needs to be filed for the continued use of it.
The subject application satisfies this requirement.
Jordan Foster ("JF"), the general contractor for the Parkview Residences, plans on
commencing their component of construction in October 2017 and will utilize the
requested layout for their own and multiple subcontractors' trailers.
Please let us know if you have any questions/comments or if you would like any additional
information in support of this request.
