Department of Planning and Development Services:
Schrickel, Rollins and Associates, Inc, is the authorized representative/applicant for the North Park

and White Chapel Boulevard at 100 East Dove Road in the City of Southlake, Texas.
The property is approximately ±12 acres of existing City -owned property that contains the DPS
North Facility (Fire Services, Training Classrooms & Firing Range), concrete hike & bike trail,

Transmission Easement. The property is currently zoned "SP1" (Detailed Site Plan).
The Site Plan Application includes the following proposed improvements to North Park:
1. One (1) lighted, synthetic turf Wall Ball Court.
2. A concrete walk will provide access to the court.
3. Irrigation will be provided for the area surrounding the court, and will tie into the existing
North Park irrigation system.
Two (2) variances are requested with the Site Plan Application. Following are the requested
variances:
1. Variance for the Sports Lighting Design at the North Park Wall Ball Court.

sports lighting within the North Park property of 4500 degrees Kelvin.
