Dear Mr. Killough:
Greenway-1709/Eleven Partners, Ltd. and Greenway-1709/Eleven Partners II, Ltd., the owners
of Lot 1, Block 1, Kimball Crossing desire to add 57 additional parking spaces to their property at
2175 Southlake Boulevard. This additional parking is needed to accommodate the employees
and visitors to this property. The use and operation of this development will be the same as its
current use. The success of the businesses operating at this location has created the need for
additional parking.
In order to permit this parking expansion, a zoning change and Plat Revision will need to be
processed and approved for this property. We do not anticipate the need for any variances in
order to obtain City approval of this request. The submission documents for these approvals are
attached for your review.
