Parks Development Corporation and Parks and Recreation Board meeting.

MATCHING FUNDS REQUEST FROM GRAPEVINE SOUTHLAKE SOCCER ASSOCIATION
FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $3,263 FOR SOCCER GOALS AT BOB JONES PARK

Director of Community Services Chris Tribble presented Item 4A and answered questions from
the Board, specifically about funding and maintenance fees.
A motion was made to approve Item 4A as presented.

5. DISCUSSION
5A. NORTH PARK WALL BALL PROJECT
Director of Community Services Chris Tribble presented Item 4A and answered questions from
the Board, specifically about location and usage.
The Board directed staff to pursue value engineering with contractor estimates.
5B. SALES TAX REPORT
Chief Financial Officer Sharen Jackson presented Item 5B and answered questions
from the Board. No action required.
5C. SPDC ATTENDANCE REPORT
No discussion; no action required.
6. ADJOURNMENT
