Residential Planned United Development District-
Land Use and Development Regulations
Lot 10, Block 1, Fox Hollow
Southlake, Texas
This Residential Planned Unit Development shall abide by all conditions of the City of
Southlake Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance No. 480, as amended, as it pertains to the
“SF-1A” Single-Family Residential zoning district and the City of Southlake Subdivision
Ordinance No. 483, as amended, with the following exceptions:
Permitted Uses:
Permitted Uses will follow the uses in the “SF-1A” Single Family Residential zoning
district with the exception that an approximately 1,100 square foot family or servants
quarters is also allowed as a permitted use.
Development Regulations:
Side Yard: There shall be a side yard of not less than 14.9 feet along the
southwest property line and 12 feet along the north property line.
Accessory Structure
Standards: The sum total of all accessory buildings and structures on the lot
shall not exceed 4% of the lot area or 4,000 square feet.
Conservation Easement
No further development will occur in the designated area. The only activities in the area
will be general lawn maintenance.
