Development Details:  60 residential lots on approximately 25 acres  11,000 square foot average lot size  TZD – Transitional Zoning District  Proposed gated subdivision  Price point $800,000 - $1.2 million Exhibit presented at SPIN: QUESTIONS / CONCERNS: Are there any plans for Tract A? We don’t own it but none I’m aware of at this time. Our schools are full… would like to keep this property commercial. There is a big need for smaller lots… older citizens want this.
