Principal Planner, Richard Schell, presented Items 6 and 7 together.
Applicants, Tom Mathews, 2600 Southlake Boulevard, Civil Engineer, Richard Deotte,
and John Hawkins with Hawkins-Welwood Homes, gave a brief presentation of the
proposed Zoning Change and Development Plan.
Chairman Forman opened the public hearing.
Jana Schleif, 113 Brentwood Circle, Southlake, Texas, does not wish to speak, but
would like to have her public comment card on record.
Steve Montague, 850 East State Highway 114, came forward to speak in support on
behalf of his client.

support.

Commission continued to address their concerns with the proposed Zoning Change and
Development Plan with the applicants.

150, Dallas, Texas, gave a presentation of the proposed Zoning Change and
Development Plan.

proposed Zoning Change and Site Plan and answered Commissioners questions.
Commission continued to discuss the proposed parking spaces with the applicants.

A motion was made to approve Item No. 10, as presented; subject to the Staff Report
dated, October 5, 2007; further subject to the Site Plan Review Summary No. 2, dated
September 29, 2017; and further noting the applicants willingness to provide, on their
site plan, some pedestrian access to the south in what was proposed; and further noting
the applicant’s willingness to include, in an application to City Council, a plan that has
an increased landscaped area between the old property boundary and where the new
property is being added.
