Requested Action
Adopt Ordinance No. 1184, to abandon a 116,090 square foot temporary construction easement in Keller as recorded in document no. D204093631 of the deed records of Tarrant County, TX
associated with the construction of The City’s Caylor Supply Line from City of Fort Worth.

Location Map
The referenced temporary construction easement for the City’s 42” Caylor supply line from the City of Fort Worth is located in Keller east of 377 and south of Mount Gilead Road. The
existing 50’ temporary construction easement, represented in red, is shown adjacent to the permanent water line easement to remain, shown in blue. This line was installed and has been
in service since 2007 therefore the temporary construction easement is no longer needed. The City will retain the 25’ permanent water line easement necessary for any future maintenance
and repair of our 42” water line.
The developer is requesting permission to construct a concrete hike and bike path within the permanent easement which is permitted by the easement
language.
