WHEREAS, on the 1st day of April,
1972, an election was duly held in
the City of Southlake, Texas, for
the election of three City Council-
men; And
WHEREAS, the results of said election
were duly canvassed by the City Council
of Southlake on the 3rd day of April,
1972; And
WHEREAS, the canvass showed the follow-
ing results:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, that:
The above canvass be and the same is hereby in all things
approved.

Ralph W. Polson, Jr., be and is hereby: declared to have
been elected to the office of City Councilman Place Three;
Frank A. Tetrault be and is hereby declared to have been
elected to the office of City Councilman Place Four; and
Billy Joe Knox be and is hereby declared to have been el-
ected to the office of City Councilman Place Five, to serve
until April, 1974.
