WHEREAS, the City of Southlake has
contracted to have pumping facilities
built at Well Site No. 2; And
WHEREAS, Partial Payment No. 2 is now
due in the amount of $16,199.64 to
Allison & Henry, Contractors, Inc.,
for work performed as of August 9,
I 971; And
WHEREAS, the engineering fee in the
sum of $4,957.33 is now due to Carter
& Burgess, Inc.; Now,
THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
Partial Payment No. 2 in amount of $16,199.64 is to be paid
to Allison & Henry, Contractors, Inc.
The Engineering Fee of $4,9~7.33 is to be paid to Carter &
Burgess, Inc.
Monies for these payments shall be withdrawn from the Water
System checking account and the Time Deposit held by Exchange
Bank & Trust Company in Dallas, Texas.
