1971-013 ResolutionWHEREAS, in a contract dated March 24,
1971, entered into by the City of South-
lake with Allison & Henry, Contractors,
Inc., calling for an open trench cut
across FM 1709; And
WHEREAS, the Texas Highway Department will
not permit such cut to be made, requiring
instead to bore and case such crossing; And
WHEREAS, such work calls for an increase
in cost of $2,095.00 to the agreed con-
tract price between the City of Southlake
and the above named contractor; Now,
THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
Contract Change Order No. 1 be accepted increasing the
total contract price to Allison & Henry, Contractors,
Inc., to the revised amount of $30,980.00.
Except as herein modified, said contract shall remain in
full force and effect.
