WHEREAS, the City of Southlake, through
its Tax Assessor as duly authorized by
the Mayor and Council, ordered the pre-
paration of a Tax Roll for the years
1968, 1969 and 1970; And
WHEREAS, certain errors on said Rolls
have come to light due to incorrect
information, property not within the
corporate limits of the City of
Southlake, and adjustment of inequities;
Now,
THEREFORE, BE IT KEREBY RESOLVED BY TKE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
The total of Cancellation Items Nos. I through 43 issued
through December 31, 1970, is $549.18 as indicated by each
individual item duly recorded in the 1968 Tax Roll.
The total of Cancellation Items Nos. I through 53 issued
through December 31,1970, is $834.87 as indicated by
each individual item duly recorded in the 1969 Tax Roll.
The total of Cancellation Items Nos. 1 through 5 issued
through December 31, 1970, is $172.20 as indicated by
each individual item duly recorded in the 1970 Tax Roll.
