Lake Carillon Park is a city owned park maintained by the Carillon HOA. The ownership and maintenance of the trash enclosure is outlined in a proposed license agreement between the City and the HOA. Brick & Stone Master has been contracted for the design and construction of the enclosure. They have worked with Republic on the requirements for the enclosure. The trash enclosure will be constructed with the same masonry materials used in Lake Carillon Park. The Carillon HOA will maintain the enclose and servicing will be by Republic • Comment- Carillon HOA should be looking for other alternatives to the trash concerns. • Comment- Trash enclosures always smell and are an eyesore- maybe adding additional trash cans in the park. • Carillon HOA will have a board meeting on October 12th to discuss other options.
