FORUM SUMMARY:
Property Situation:
• 210-240 S. Peytonville Ave.
Development Details:
• Across the street from Carroll High School
• Currently residential lots — have been planned under the land use plan for small
commercial office buildings
• Drive aligns with the drive to Carroll HS
• Would have common access easements that would tie into lots on north and south
• Three (3) One-story, 9,000 square foot medical office buildings, will have residential
scale to them
• Will be brick building with large glass entry and window features
• Very shallow, low roof pitch — have taller entry features for signage for the doctors'
offices
• Treating as 0-1 Zoning with 35% landscape on site
• Required to hold site water and release at the same rate the property does now
