FORUM SUMMARY:
Property Situation:
• 1390 & 1393 Brown Ln.
Development Details:
• Buying two 2+ acre residential lots to combine and develop four (4) lots with access off
of Biltmore Dr.
• Would need Westwyck hills HOA to approve to grant this access off Biltmore Dr.
• These lots would be developed using the same building / material standards that exist in
Westwyck Hills
• There is sewer located on Biltmore Dr. that is very shallow. Lots 3-4 would be attached
to sewer, lots 1-2 are the size that could have aerobic system —considering putting them
on a grinder pump
• Would be the third addition to Westwyck Hills
• The lots are larger than the general average of Westwyck Hills

QUESTIONS /CONCERNS:
• Would put my home at the head of a "T" intersection — can make a difference on
a home's value —would change the orientation of my house which would be
detrimental
• Mentioned that I wouldn't have any idea what would be developed there, could
be a barn or a tennis court — those lots are about $600,000 with a 2,000 square
foot house, do not think that would occur there
o Could see someone paying that price for a lot and putting a tennis court
on there, especially a two-acre lot
• Would have headlights facing my house — worry about someone running straight
ahead
• Would be taking down a lot of trees
