Board Appointee), Traci Hutton (Grapevine Board Appointee), Councilmember Debbie Bryan (Keller),
Absent: Sharen Jackson (Southlake Chief Financial Officer), Sharon Guess (Southlake Deputy Director of Finance),

A presentation was given by Kristin White regarding referral information, types and numbers of violations, community
service locations and hours completed.
CONSENT AGENDA:
3. Approval of Minutes from June 26, 2017
Motion to approve both minutes was made by Traci Hutton, Second by Chris Henz - unanimous approval by board
members.
REGULAR AGENDA:
4. Consider: Meeting Dates for FY 2018
A motion to approve the proposed meeting dates was made by Kelly Tookey and a second by Debbie Bryan. There
were no objections.
5. Update: Fall Teen Attorney Training and Dates to Remember
The upcoming important teen court dates were reviewed.
6. Public Forum
There was no public present at this time.
8. Meeting Adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
