Property Situation:
Located in Southlake Bicentennial Park at 450 W. Southlake Boulevard.
Development Details:
The proposed structure will fully enclose two (2) existing tennis courts.
The proposed structure is in line with the Southlake 2030 Parks, Recreation & Open
Space / Community Facilities Master Plan.
Total floor area proposed is 15,733 square feet.
Park Board recommended approval August 14, 2017.
