FORUM SUMMARY: Property Situation:  Located in Southlake Bicentennial Park at 450 W. Southlake Boulevard. Development Details:  The proposed structure will fully enclose two (2) existing tennis courts.  The proposed structure is in line with the Southlake 2030 Parks, Recreation & Open Space / Community Facilities Master Plan.  Total floor area proposed is 15,733 square feet.  Park Board recommended approval August 14, 2017.
