Applicant, Director of Community Services, Chris Tribble, opened for questions.
Chairman Forman asked if there were any plans on adding additional courts in the
future.
Chris Tribble confirmed that at the moment there are no plans to add additional courts.
Commissioner Greer asked if there will be any signage.
Chris Tribble stated that there will be no signage on the facility other then what is
required by code.
Commission continued to discuss the roof material used for the facility with the
applicant.

A motion was made to approve Item ZA17-059, subject to the Staff Report, dated
September 1, 2017; and further subject to the Site Plan Review Summary No. 2 dated,
August 30, 2017; and further, specifically granting the requested variances for
articulation and masonry; noting the applicant's willingness to bring information to City
Council regarding insulation and energy efficiency of the proposed facility.

specific use permit that the timing will be the lesser of the 5 years or upon termination of
the tenant's lease.
