determine the continuance of the Southlake Crime Control and Prevention District.

3D CONSIDER RESOLUTION No. 17-01, TO APPROVE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A CONTRACT FOR
MAY 6, 2017 ELECTION SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE AND THE SOUTHLAKE CRIME
CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT.
Discussion took place May 15, 2017 was the proposed date to canvas the election results

A motion was made to approve 3D — Resolution No 17-01, to approve the terms and conditions
of a contract for elections services

3E. CONSIDER AMENDING THE FY 2017 OPERATING BUDGET.
The Board was asked to amend the operating budget by $6,000 00 to cover marketing cost for
an informational mailer about the CCPD to be sent to all City residents Discussion took place

4A. UPDATE ON CRIME CONTROL& PREVENTION DISTRICT SALES TAX
Sharen Jackson informed the Board that sales tax collected for November 2016 came in at
$29,000 00 above budget.

Chief Brandon informed the Board that all schools are fully staffed, there are no issues to date
