This slide shows the proposed revised façade on the left of the slide. The two photographs on the right show the existing façade with tan stucco and brick . The revised façade will
include modifications to replace the smooth stone with a white brick veneer and a new wood door. The signs will not be a component of this site plan.

RPAI Approved Façade Material
After the September 8th P&Z meeting, the applicant has met with the landlord, RPAI, who did not want the cast stone façade to remain on the lease space. The applicant has revised the
proposed elevations to a cream colored brick veneer shown in option 1. RPAI has approved option 1 only.
