# 244, The purpose of the site plan is to add an awning and door to the existing space that is a prohibited color as defined by section 33,21 of the City’s zoning ordinance.

The color of the awning and door is a pink chalk color. As mentioned the color is prohibited by the zoning ordinance, The proposed awning is metal with a powder matte coating; and is
approximately 6 feet wide and projects approximately 2 feet 10 inches. The applicant has provided a color sample and following my presentation I will provide the sample to Council.
