SB Item 7 - DemonstrationSince The Offices at Kimball Park was approved by City Council to be set back approximately 1000’ from SH 114, it is critical upper floor signage be approved to allow for visibility from SH 114 and 114 frontage road. Placement of a sign below the 4th floor would severely limit the visibility of the sign given the significant distance from 114. The unique shape of Kimball Park (narrow from south to north) forced the office development to be set back significantly from 114. This request is nearly identical to the approved variance for the Cambria Hotel located on Lot 1 (adjacent to The Offices at Kimball Park). Again, this request will be in harmony with already-approved sign variances for other lots in Kimball Park.
