This lot was originally two lots but was replatted to accomodate a Gazebo and Small Garage several years ago by the Lundblades. We are in the process of returning the plat to two lots in order to move forward with the purchase of the land. We are requesting a waiver from the City of Southlake for this as the lot will temporarily be out of compliance with the two structures and no home.
