Dear Richard,
My wife,Michelle Perry,and I have a contract in place to purchase a lot from Kirk and Diane Lundbladc at 422
Southridge Lakes Parkway,Southlakc,TX. This lot was originally two lots but was replatted to accomodate a
Gazebo and Small Garage several years ago by the Lundblades. We are in the process of returning the plat to
two lots in order to move forward with the purchase of the land.
We are requesting a waiver from the City of Southlake for this as the lot will temporarily be out of compliance
with the two structures and no home. Our intent is to start construction at the close of the real estate transac-
tion(August or September 2017). Thank you for your consideration.
