Subdivision Ordinance No. 483, Section 5.06.B requires a 4’
sidewalk at the time of construction with the platting or replatting
of residential property. The applicant is requesting a variance to
the sidewalk requirement since there are no sidewalks to the
north or south of the subject property on the same side of the
street.
