All that can be specified at current time is the intention of placement (i.e. centered over applicable window set - shown with “Eq.” from end of each future logo to the end of the window set), and maximum size specifications. Overall length of sign areas were previously and are now specified. Blue rectangles represent the MAXIMUM space of sign area that can be used for tenant signage (not to exceed 75% of area). Signage/logos/letters would be the size of this area or smaller. Each logo/letter set must be mounted centered vertically in the signage area, as well as centered horizontally in the appropriate area or above the appropriate window set. (Note: in some instances, the logo would be centered above a particular window set, as opposed to centered in that section of the building facade for a more centered look visually.)
