1. Call to Order: Video Introduction of SPIN Program by Southlake Mayor Laura Hill
2. SPIN2017-17 - An applicant is proposing a 500-600 square foot patio covering for an
existing patio and new shade awnings over existing windows for Mughlai at 3311 E. SH 114
within SPIN Neighborhood #8.
3. SPIN2017-18 - An applicant is proposing an approximately 750,000 square foot mixed use
development (The Village at Carillon Parc) on approximately 42 acres within the Carillon
Commercial District at the northeast corner of N. White Chapel Blvd. and SH 114 within
SPIN Neighborhood #3.
4. SPIN2017-19 - An applicant is proposing a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for the relocation of
construction trailers for Verizon Wireless at 500 W. Dove Rd. within SPIN Neighborhood
#1.
5. Adjourn
A quorum of the City Council, Community Engagement Committee or the Planning and Zoning
Commission may or may not he present.
