OPEN HOUSE An Open House occurred to provide information on a proposed conceptual development plan on approximately 42 acres known as the Carillon Plaza and Corporate Districts located at the northeast intersection of North White Chapel Boulevard and East State Highway 114. The property is generally located between the 100 and 400 Block of East State Highway 114. (approximately 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) 2. CALL TO ORDER Mayor Hill called to order the joint meeting at 6:08 p.m. She welcomed everyone, thanked board members for their attendance, made opening comments, and introduced the order of events. 3. PUBLIC PRESENTATION A public presentation and discussion was held on a proposed conceptual development plan on approximately 42 acres known as the Carillon Plaza and Corporate Districts located at the northeast intersection of North White Chapel Boulevard and East State Highway 114. The property is generally located between the 100 and 400 Block of East State Highway 114. (approximately 6:00 p.m. to adjournment) The applicant's representative, John Terrell, introduced himself and members of the Carillon Village Development Partners presentation team: Asha Bhakta and Bharat Bhakta with Summit 11 Investment Group and Laird Fairchild and Ed Chu with Hunter Chase Capital Partners, LLC. The development team presented their vision for moving forward with this property, which included a walkable, mixed use environment that is integrated with parks and open spaces and a proposed a site for a potential new City library. 4. MEETING ADJOURNED Mayor Hill adjourned the joint meeting at 8:19 p.m. *A video recording of this meeting will be permanently retained in the City Secretary's Office.
