Authorize the City Manager to approve a Local Project Advance Funding Agreement (LPAFA) with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for the installation and construction of traffic
signals at the intersections of State Highway 114 frontage roads and Kirkwood/Solana Boulevard in an amount not to exceed $280,000.
