Harborchase of Southlake Site Plan
The Harborchase of Southlake “S-P-1” zoning change and
site plan was approved by Council on September 16, 2014
and included the following language in the motion:
“…Noting as in the applicant’s presentation this evening, if in
the event additional land is secured on the southeast corner
of the site plan on Highland Street and proposed Kirkwood
Boulevard, the applicant will extend the landscaped area
and water feature into that triangle area with landscaping
consistent with the overall site and landscape plan
presented to Council and that area will have no impervious
coverage, noting that this is not a condition of Council’s
approval, but accepting the applicant’s offering of the
additional site area improvements as noted,…”
