William Stromberg and Baird, Hampton & Brown, Inc. are requesting approval of a Zoning Change and Concept Plan for a single-family residential lot in order to construct a new home.
The Current Zoning: "AG" Agricultural District. Requested Zoning: "SF-30" Single Family Residential District. The property Is located at 583 Shady Oaks. .(972 acres after right of
way dedication).
The purpose of this request is to rezone the property from “AG” Agricultural District to “SF-30” Single Family Residential District in order to create a single buildable
lot at 583 Shady Oaks Drive. Because the proposed lot is below one net acre in size after right of way dedication, the “SF-30” designation is the least dense residential district that
is compatible with the existing tract size. This proposal does not result in the creation of additional buildable lots within the Low-Density Residential area on the Future Land Use
