FORUM SUMMARY:
Property Situation: 240 Miron Drive
Development Details: Proposing a site plan for an electric generator and generator enclosure
for a medical office building (under construction) at 240 Miron Drive. The building will be utilized
by a doctor for day surgery.
The generator will be located at the northwest corner of the building. The height of the enclosure
will be determined by the final generator selection, but will tall enough to screen the generator.
The enclosure will be constructed of the same brick used for the building and match the other
buildings within the development.
