Section 43.13.a(2) – Roof Design
Standards: Standing seam metal roofs
shall be constructed of a factory-treated,
non-metallic, matte finish.
The applicant is requesting to use a metallic
“Galvalume” color standing seam metal roof to
match the roof material used for the main building.
