FORUM SUMMARY: The vision, goals and objectives developed as part of the Southlake 2035 Comprehensive Plan define the values of the community and set both the framework and the tone for the rest of the plan elements. The proposed vision, goals and objectives were developed using the Southlake 2030 Plan Vision, Goals and Objectives as a foundation. Goals and objectives were added and modified to reflect changes in the community over the last eight years and to address new plan elements that are included in the scope of the Southlake 2035 Plan.
