Do we have a artist rendering of proposed Wall to be constructed at North Park?? 12 Financial Considerations Estimated total project $170,000 100% match ($85,000 each) Funding Available in FY 2017 SPDC Matching Funds Budget The total anticipated project cost, including design costs, is $170,000 to be split 50/50 ($85,000 each) between SCLA and SPDC. SCLA has agreed to pay 100% of the design costs totaling $37,500 upon approval of the matching funds project. Next Steps: Design Site Plan approval, which will include Park Board approval of the Site Plan. RFP advertised and a contractor selected, which again the Park Board will make a recommendation on to City Council.
