BEGINNING at a 1/2—inch iron rod marked 'TO BURKS 5509' at the southwest corner
of said tract, also being the southeast corner of Lot 15, Hillside Estates, as
recorded in Volume 388—I81, Page 6 of the Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas,
THENCE North 00°43'42' West, a distance of 418.92 feet to the 5/8—inch iron rod
