1. Call to Order.
2. Executive Session: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted
subject matter of this Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed
in executive session.

a. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in executive
session to consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section
551.071, including matters posted on this agenda.

4. Approval of the minutes of the April 27, 2017 Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting.

5. Consider: ZBA-731, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 11.5(c) requiring a side yard setback of not
less than 20' and a Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 11.5(d) requiring a rear yard setback of not
less than 40' on property described as Lot 35, F. Throop No. 1511 Addition, an addition to the City of
Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 1287 Sunshine Ln., Southlake, Texas. Current Zoning:
"SF-1N'—Single Family Residential District.
