2. A. Executive Session: Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas
Government Code, Sections 551.071. Refer to posted list attached hereto and
incorporated herein. Executive Session may be held, under these exceptions, at the
end of the Re ular Session or at any time durina the meeting that a need arises
for the Sign Board to seek advice from the City Attorney as to the posted subject
matter of this Sign Board meetino. Section 551.071: Consultation with attorney.
B. Reconvene: Action necessary on items discussed in Executive Session.
3. Approval of the minutes from the April 6, 2017 meeting.
4. Consider: MSP17-001, Amendment to the Master Sign Plan for Park Village located
at 1065 E. Southlake Blvd., Southlake, TX.
5. Meeting adjournment.
