FORUM SUMMARY: Proposal Details: • Amendment to the Southlake 2030 Mobility Master Plan • Recommendations addressing bicycle mobility and intersection capacity improvements • Amend Active Transportation Recommendations to include items AT14—AT24 and associated priority tiers • Amend the Bicycle Facility Master Plan Map and Bicycle Facility Master Plan Recommendations as follows: o Remove the existing Tier 2 sharrow route from Kirkwood Blvd.; o Reprioritize the existing Tier 1 signed route along Kirkwood Blvd to a Tier 3 signed route noting that the completion of this recommendation is contingent upon private development of Kirkwood Blvd per the Mobility Master Plan; o Revise the existing Tier 1 signed route currently shown along N. Kimball Ave. between Kirkwood and Dove to extend from N. Kimball Ave between Dove and 1709, o Remove the Tier 1 signed route between Continental Blvd. and S.H. 26 on S Kimball Ave., o Add a Tier 1 signed + sharrow route between 1709 and S H. 26 on S.
