FORUM SUMMARY: Property Situation: • The four proposed sites are addressed as 185 S. White Chapel Blvd. (White Chapel United Methodist Church), 2101 and 2001 W. Southlake Blvd.(Southlake Marketplace — Hobby Lobby), 801 S. Kimball Avenue (St. John's Church) and 2417 W. Southlake Blvd. (The Hills Church). Development Details: • Applications submitted for four proposed sites to be utilized for Camp Gladiator physical fitness boot camps. • All sites are currently active. • City of Southlake requires specific use permits be approved that allow for Outdoor Sales and/or Services. The applicant presented a YouTube video that introduced the founders of Camp Gladiator and provided the history leading up to what it has become today. We are requesting permits due to the City's requirements. It's only a procedural change. • Talk about the schedules, noise and activities... o The sessions areal-hour workout, we use music but have our locations far from residential areas, we set up and pick up everything we use.
